The Jordan Folklore Museum

The Jordan Folklore Museum: Bedouin life, costumes and crafts beneath the Roman Theatre.

The Jordan Folklore Museum, set in the vaults of the Roman Theatre, displays traditional costumes, jewellery, household tools and reconstructions of Bedouin tents — a quick, rich window into Jordanian heritage.

Entry is cheap and the visit takes half an hour. Travellers who hire car & driver in Jordan add it to a downtown stop, and full package tours to Jordan include it with the Theatre.
